Welcome to St Catherine's Class Page

Class Teacher: Mrs LH Butler
Support staff: Mrs K Vardy

  Key Information
Reading Books In Reception school reading books are changed weekly. Your child will be allocated a book change day, which you will be notified of in the Autumn Term. If there is no comment in your child's Reading Record we will assume you have not had a chance to read with your child. Please record the text title(s) in your child's reading record.
P.E. Day Our P.E. day is Thursday Morning. P.E. kits should be kept in school at all times. We will send them home over the school holidays. Long hair needs to be tied back and earrings are not allowed to be worn in school at any time. It would be helpful if girls could have a pair of white ankle socks in their PE bag for the days they come to school wearing tights.

Meet Rufus

Meet Rufus 1

Monday 17th September 2018 we met Rufus. He is a family member of Mrs Crane. Rufus has spent a considerable amount of time training and 'passing' many behavioural and temperament assessments. All his accreditations can be seen in school.

We are very excited to be welcoming him to our team.

Reception Long Term Plan

What we have been up to in St Catherine Class!

The children have settled in really well to Reception!

They have been working hard to learn all their routines and are becoming really independent.

Here are some pictures to show what the children have been doing...
